Q: Where are the bags from?

These bags are made in the highlands of Papua New Guinea and shipped straight from Mt. Hagen. Getting the bags is no easy feat; it required a lot of coordination from our lovely contact.

Q: Is the product dropshipped, or is it in your inventory?

The bags are in our possession and will be shipped from the US.

Q: Why are the bags so expensive?

Shipping 50lbs of merchandise from the other side of the world isn't quite easy. The main expense we face is shipping and import taxes.  

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

 Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination.

 You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase.

If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Return fees (shipping/ international taxes, customs forms) are to be handled by the customer.

Your Bilum is a handcrafted piece made with care. To keep it looking its best, hand wash gently in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
